It’s only 8 am and I have run circles around a 2 year old, given hubby a haircut, started a chicken marinade, and finished a load of laundry. Would you agree with me when I say we have options for activities to keep busy day-to-day? So then, why do we sometimes go to bed thinking- “I want more from my life”. In order to keep your mind, body, and soul focused towards attracting happiness vs. frustration – practice these 4 ways to live more abundantly, right now:
Identify What Makes You Safe & Secure
Do you go to one yoga studio more than another? Do you prefer group workout classes? If you are feeling down which two friends will you call first? Hey you [yes you] – Dig a little deeper friend – are you in a career that fulfills you or pays the bills? Take a moment to identify what actions you make to feel safe + secure. What actions do you take that make you feel disconnected from your joy? The big picture involves doing more of what makes you feel safe – that will help you manifest abundance in your daily routine.
Make Space For Abundance
What day do you take out the garbage? On that day do you empty the trash in your mind too? Although you can’t smell it, I promise you it’s there and needs to be taken out. Many meditative practices aim to sustain attention while ignoring unwanted thoughts, so it makes sense that meditators have enhanced focus and the ability to attract abundance in life. If meditation is not for you – try breath work to help you focus and get what you want in life, love and work.
Where Does Your Voice Need To Be Heard
What do you have to offer to solve problems? What types of things do you like to find solutions for? As you answer these questions [and talk about them!] plus examine the work that you are doing, you find your technique. This system is specific to the way you attract abundance in your life. You can’t do everything, but you can do a few things really well that will bring you the joy you craving.
Follow Your Intuition
Your intuition [that gut feeling] is a predominant theme in your life. I have witnessed patients, clients, and friends ask the all important question: What do I want from life? Very few people tap into their intuition. Let me explain – let’s say you want to have a success mindset. You can’t stop there – your intuition will guide you to the specifics. When you answer the question – be as detailed as possible. For example: I am willing to spend 10 minutes per day journaling my feelings. I will then remind myself of my goal to secure 5 new clients this month because I want women to feel healthy and make better decisions. I will reach out to 5 friends and let them know if they feel that anyone can benefit from massage therapy to please make an introduction to me on email. When you are ready, write down your thoughts for a week – at the end of the week, re-visit them and celebrate your connection to your intuition.
